Would you like to remix your weekly fitness routine? Cardio Tennis is an hour long group lesson set to music where you can have fun getting fit. If you’d like to improve your cardio fitness, why not do it with a racquet in your hand? Cardio Tennis is for any age (above 16 years) and absolutely any standard. Whether you’re playing pennant or it’s your first time on court, you can make the most of every cardio session. The fantastic thing about cardio tennis is that you can work to your level of fitness, and have fun at the same time!
Who can play?
Adults (16 years and over) of any age and any standard. Cardio tennis is awesome whether you play every day or you’ve never picked up a racquet before!
What should you bring?
Runners, a drink bottle and a racquet. If you don’t have a racquet, we’ve got plenty you can borrow for the lesson!
When is it on?
Cardio tennis runs during the school term on:
Tuesday at 9:00-10:00am
Wednesday at 6:30-7:30pm
Friday at 9:00-10:00am.
How much does it cost?
You can either pay $20 per session or get a $10 discount for paying for the whole term up front! Term fees will vary depending on the length of each term.
